I am very a keen sportsman, having played rugby, basketball, soccer, cricket, swimming and athletics for school and club teams.
I was selected for and played all provincial age grade representative rugby for King Country each year from 2008-2014. In 2014 I also played for New Zealand Harlequins U19 tean.
I have been involved in the sport of woodchopping since I was nine years old. I competed in my first open competition when I was 13. I have been selected in the New Zealand Colts team each year from 2012 – 2016. I have chopped for the North Island at the 2015 Canterbury Show.
My greatest personal achievement to date was to be crowned Stihl Rookie World Champion in 2019.
